Call Center Agent

Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to)

  • Responsible for handling orders for restaurants in a call center environment
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of enthusiasm throughout your shift
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and be courteous and polite
  • Enter inbound orders accurately
  • Adhere to client approved script
  • Adhere to specified requirements for suggestive selling and up selling
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to customer questions and request
  • Represent the company in a professional manner

Required Skills

Product Manager

Link. Like. Eat. At Exit41, we focus on making food ordering social for some the most recognized restaurant brands in the world. Our Software as a Service (SaaS) “all channel” Social Ordering solution features innovative ways for consumer to place orders – Online, Facebook, Mobile, iPad, and Phone – and central database providing the restaurant with the “who, what, where, when, why and how” they need to know about their customers to build loyal, profitable relationships.

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with both business and technical savvy to join our team in championing our Social Ordering product efforts to deliver continual innovation and business value to the market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining our social ordering product strategy and roadmap; ability to prioritize roadmap deliverables by establishing consensus
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to client and leading user groups, including the Exit41 Client Advisory Group
  • Driving a product solution across marketing, client services and development teams through prioritized features, market requirements and functional specifications, and product positioning
  • Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product that add value for our customers
  • Assessing competitive offerings and providing competitive insights

Experience & Skills:

Our ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of product management experience in a software company, preferably supporting multi-tiered web/java enabled applications and systems and an agile engineering environment. E-commerce/m-commerce experience is a plus!

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Experience and proven process for defining a user interface
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Technical background, with experience in Agile development
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
